Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Prime location, about an eight min. drive to anywhere in Chattanooga. Safe and cozy space to unwind between activities. Loved having the little courtyard common area for doggie potty breaks. Bed and couch are both super comfy (that comforter on the bed was heavenly). Everything was immaculate and well appointed. Drawbacks to be aware of: two-stories (bedroom, shower, washer/dryer/office space is upstairs); you won’t be able to see your vehicle from the parking area; the shower is very small; no television in bedroom (I love this, but not everyone will). Felt like home from the minute we walked in. (I suggest looking at the street view of location on maps before arriving to make the check-in process easy peasy.) Would definitely stay here again! Never felt unsafe for a moment: while right off a fairly busy street, there were lots of families and dogs walking down St Elmo: family friendly feel. My family and I stayed here for our spring break trip. It was clean, comfortable beds and furniture and just as described in the listing and pictures. Would stay here again if in the area.

We had an excellent stay. The location was highly convenient and provided easy access to everything we needed. We consistently felt safe throughout our visit, which was a priority for us. The space worked well for our pups, and the bed was notably comfortable. We also appreciated that the listing photos were accurate and reflected the property faithfully. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly return.

My group had a great time! The condo was set up for privacy, as well as a nice living room for community time. Very clean with restaurants and local attractions nearby. I gladly recommend this host and accommodations!

We stayed at Mark's home while some members of our family were attending a wedding and running a half-marathon. His home was beautiful and looked just like the listing; it was very quiet inside. It's located in a vibrant part of Chattanooga, and the entrance to Stringer's Ridge Trail is just across the street if you'd like to go for a walk. We couldn't have been more pleased with our accommodations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The master suite was HUGE and made us feel like we had our own little separate apartment. If you are looking for a place in Chattanooga it is just a short drive from lots of restaurants and things to do. Highly recommend!

Mark and Lauren’s place as exary as advertised. We had a slight hiccup with our travel plans and they were very accommodating with our check in time. They provided tons of information about the area; things to do, and places to visit. Their place was exactly as advertised; clean, all amenities accounted for, clear directions, etc. We had an incredibly comfortable stay and the space for my family perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had 3 adults and two preteen girls in our party. My son & his wife were in the top floor suite which was fabulous. The girls and I were in the two bedrooms on the 2d floor. It was nice to have separate spaces so we could sleep and get up at different times. There is a half bath on the ground floor, which was convenient when the girls hogged the second floor bathroom. Very convenient to attractions and restaurants, and lovely views from upper floors. Pretty walking trail across the street. Very private and safe place to stay.

Our stay was very comfortable, and we had everything we needed. There was a small misunderstanding during our stay, which was my fault, but Mark and Lauren were gracious and understanding and went above and beyond to help us resolve it. We definitely hope to be hosted by them again on our next visit.
