We know Chattanooga attracts many hikers and of course we want you to be able to bring your pups along, but we ask that should you need to bathe your friendly companion afterwards, please use the hose outside instead of the shower.

Couldn’t have asked for anything more! Prime location, about an eight min. drive to anywhere in Chattanooga. Safe and cozy space to unwind between activities. Loved having the little courtyard common area for doggie potty breaks. Bed and couch are both super comfy (that comforter on the bed was heavenly). Everything was immaculate and well appointed. Drawbacks to be aware of: two-stories (bedroom, shower, washer/dryer/office space is upstairs); you won’t be able to see your vehicle from the parking area; the shower is very small; no television in bedroom (I love this, but not everyone will). Felt like home from the minute we walked in. (I suggest looking at the street view of location on maps before arriving to make the check-in process easy peasy.) Would definitely stay here again! Never felt unsafe for a moment: while right off a fairly busy street, there were lots of families and dogs walking down St Elmo: family friendly feel. Korean restaurant and Wendy’s both walking distance

We had an excellent stay. The location was highly convenient and provided easy access to everything we needed. We consistently felt safe throughout our visit, which was a priority for us. The space worked well for our pups, and the bed was notably comfortable. We also appreciated that the listing photos were accurate and reflected the property faithfully. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and we would gladly return.

Lauren’s place was perfect for my husband and I traveling with our small dog. The house was as described. Inside was clean, spacious, and welcoming. There is ample space to walk the dog, with sidewalks all around. There are many restaurants within walking distance. The location is close to downtown shops and dining. Highly recommend! We would definitely rent from Lauren again!

My partner and I had a work trip fall through, so had an unexpected long weekend off together to do something fun. Given we live in the Mid-Atlantic in February, I stayed on top of the weather forecasts for several different locales; with Chattanooga, TN eventually winning out. We were then able to book a stay at Lauren's condo on short'ish notice, and she was very accommodating in making sure we'd be at home, with plenty of recommendations for places to eat, and things to do, many within walking distance. Speaking of walking, we both cherish our walkable spaces, as does our dog, who is always up for a stroll. We found this area very convenient for walking to the grocery, a local outdoor outfitter, and a very good Korean-American joint nearby (don't sleep on Han Mi!); as well as a number of other different retail type spots. Lauren, and her partner, Matthew, were quick to reply to the few questions that we had, which were few as everything in the spot was easy to find and navigate.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit was everything we wanted. Clean, stylish, quiet and comfortable. What more could you ask for? The gated courtyard was a nice bonus since we were traveling with our pup. We also really enjoyed being a short walk to the greenway! Would definitely recommend!!
